this lady called me 13 timnes this morning since 645 am trying to serve me papers!! she is very very rude and wont stop harrassing me!!

She's just a fraud! Ignore her or block her calls. Process servers do NOT call ahead of time. EVER!
If you must take her call, tell her you know she's a fraud and to shove her "papers" up her backside!

Called stating they want my address to serve papers. never gave any other information was very rude and threating.

this phone number (530-402-4625) calls at all hours of the night and also calls early in the morning like at 5am. its a female and a male that do this . I have learned that these people are idenity theives and have been doing this for quite some time. they keep asking for personal infromation like ssn and drivers ld numbers. this time the lady asked for our home address number. wanted job infromation and bank infromation. this is a scam and my next step is to infrom the local police about this matter.
