they claim to be the dept of law and  investigation.  threatened to have me prosecuted for cash advance payday loan.  the gentleman by the name of Jack Tyler harassed me repeatedly on a daily basis at least 3 or 4 times a day, advising me to write an apology letter for the debt, although the company cashnetusa.com aka cashnetmarketing attempted to clean out my checking account, although we made a prior payment arrangement to payoff the loan. probably another debt collector. he can hardly speak english, cannot understand what he is saying all the time and he likes to talk over me and will not shut up so I can speak.cannot wait until this nightmare is over.
