like the other complaints, multiple calls, close together and no message left

A recording says, We are calling to see if someone had returned your call for a quote.   It says call back before 9 p.m.  I will update with more info.

this number called 3 times within 30 minute and I let it go to my answering machine.  No message left.  Then on the 4th call I answered with: "Oroville Police Dept."  There was a strange sound from their end and then they could not hang up fast enough!  No more calls since (at least so far)

They called me 4 times in a 5 minute period. They don't leave a message or answer...
