Every morning this number  calls me 10 times a day asking for a Kuo. Told them plenty of times to stop calling as there is no one by the name of Kuo and this is a cell phone number so stop harassing me every morning. A lady or man would simply say sorry we will remove your number off this list. I told them this is a cell phone number that their calling and they shouldn't or else I will file a harassment charge on this number.
