This number asks "can you hear me" before saying anything else. If you don't answer, the question is repeated...I'm sure it's the scam that's been on the news lately. NEVER ANSWER "YES"!! Pretty sure this number is spoofed. No matter, it's blocked now.

First it sounds like an automated voice asking "Can you hear me?" When I didn't respond, the same question is asked but the voice sounds human now. I just hung up and they didn't call back.
