Call and hang up - maybe just a wrong number...

Wife got one of those answer and they hang up calls from this number.

Caller leaves no message on answerer. Obviously a robocaller.

This number keeps calling us and no one is on the phone when I pick up the call.  
If I don't answer the call,m they don't leave a message.
I'm not answering this caller anymore.

RECORDING REGARDING PGE & SMUD RATES MIGHT BE INCREASING.
