Baloney. Google allows any rat brain to resell for them. Thy ARE calling on behalf of Google. Why this defense of Google? What interest do you have in it? It seems like I see this same post word for word whenever somebody complains.
I don't get any robocalls from Bing or Yahoo.
Google - How many numbers do they have? Even if you press whatever number they say to be removed from the list, another Google number calls from somewhere else.

Google will never call you unless you call them first and ask them to call you back.
The people who are calling you lie to you and say they are with Google - when they are not.
They are using a reputable brand name to make their sale, and they claim that they can boost your web rank to page one - which is a false claim.
The don't have just one number, they use a legal "spoofer" which finds numbers that are not in use and they call you from these numbers....and there are thousands.
If you don't know who is calling you - don't answer.
If you are stupid enough to answer, you can expect even more telemarketing scam phone calls.
I list all my scam phone calls as "Z", such as Z01, Z02, Z03, etc.. Currently, I am upto Z486 and they keep calling - and there's nothing anyone can do about it, our law enforcement and government doesn't care
Again today, only silence when answering in person ... then pushed 1 1 1 = no results other than hearing a hang up
