Called seven times in one day to sell dish network. They become irate when you tell them you are on a do not call list. Called the supervisor back after the fifth call to ask that my name be removed. He had an Indian accent and refused to tell me where they were located but said he would make sure my name was removed from their list. After I hung up I got two more calls that last one slammed the phone down on me when I told them I was on a do not call list.
These calls have been averaging 5 per day including nights and weekends. They refuse to leave a message. I, too, am on the Do Not Call list so intend to file a complaint.
Same company, claims to be an authorized dealer of DISH Network Satellite Services. After talking to the supposed supervisor who's name claimed to be Sean McLain, making my complaint that the previous person I had talked to almost a week ago who was rude and insistent that I listen to their pitch after I insisted several times that I DID NOT WANT THEIR SERVICES AND WANTED TO BE TAKEN OFF THEIR CALLING LIST and was hung up on after I demanded to speak with a supervisor. Mr. McLain made his apologies told me that they had no one by the name of Kristine Maguire (The rep I was making the complaint about) and that it must have been a different company, then he proceeded to ask me who I had for cable service and continued to try and sell me their product. I then hung up. They have called me several time over the last week, today was the first time someone was actually on the other line to speak to. This is the first call with this number. The other number they have called with is 1- 888-680-6757. I have made a detailed complaint about that number as well and will make another complaint with this new international number attached to the 888 number. By the way , I also informed the supervisor that I am now on the national DO NOT CALL list.
This number calls all day and night when I tyry to answer it noone is their, I have call block but somehow they always get through. If anyone
has there emial address please post it.
