530-477-1896, 07/28/2017,4:00 PM, CID: "UNKNOWN" -- Second call in two days.  No messages on the machine.  Blocked the number yesterday.  Hopefully, they'll give up after a few tries since they can't get someone to talk to them.  Same M.O. as yesterday so you can probably assume they are scammers.
