Missed Cell cal from 530-488-7032 the company name is TOPICAL LLC or that's who owns the number. It is listed as a skin care company.

They called my phone, but didn't hang up until my voice-mail.

This number call me but I did not anwser.  I called right back and after about 10 rings a voice mail picked up stating "Hi this is John with Reward Redemption." and basicly wanted to "give" me a $100 dollar gift card.  I put my self on there DNC list.  Let's see if it works.
