Because that's not their real number. That's what the caller ID says, but that's all it is. You're being called by foreign 3rd world criminals using computers, voip, & a few dollars in software to fake their caller ID. I can tell you it's not a loan company. Unless you call you giving them an advance fee, & getting nothing in return, a loan. I guess it is because they have no intention of giving you anything, except a slowly rotating left-hand screw right behind you.
Called this number which is not in service and have been getting daily calls from this number which is a Loan Company. Called the number back and it is still out of service. How can they use this AT&T number ?
