didn't answer, no message, blocked them

Caller stated he was with National Monitoring Service and was in the area upgrading home security systems as breakins have increased. Told him I was not interested and he immediately hung up.

that's what I told him.  Why would I do business with a company that breaks the law.  He didn't even say good-by.

Called at just after 11:00am on Friday the 22nd of April.  Left no message, and was not anyone I recognized.  Typical SCAM type of sales, no legitimate office number they called from, so I am blocking this number.  Anyone else I advise you do the same - BLOCK the NUMBER!
