There is a program from pg&e that will send out companies to weatherize your home, free if you qualify. It's not a scam. It really isn't. They came to my house once and did the doors, Windows, a/c all stripped and weatherized.
Well it was PG&E. Called back from my cell phone with my caller id blocked. Computer wouldn't take the call unless I gave them my home phone which is where the call came in. Must be a number they use for telemarketing their services. Blocked them.
