just got a call, they are threatening to take me to court for money I didn't pay back on a loan I never got. Of course they can't give me a date that the money was put into the bank. Nothing but a scam, have gotten these calls numerous times. And as soon as you ask for the actual date this money was deposited, they say to take it up with the court. Amazing!!!!!!

Hello, I currently work at LibertyBell Law Group, www.libertybelllaw.com. Yes this is a scam and they are using our name. We get emails or calls almost every week about scammers using our business name, which of course we do not like.

Please do not respond to them or believe anything they say. If you wish you may email us directly at [email protected] and give us the details of the scammer, like their name, phone number, email and an address (if you can get it). We are currently investigating this.

I just received a phone call from this number. They said that I owed a creditor money and that they are filling a lawsuit in my name and social and that I could not know the exact name of the creditor and that I could not contact them.Then when I started questioning this Jack Jenkins he could not give me truthful answers, I know that in my state and probably most states in the US you have to have something in writing there is nothing just over the phone. He said finally that he would email me the documents then I would have to call him back. I called the only creditor I have and asked them if I was in good standing with them and that I had received this phone call. She said that several people had called saying that they received phone calls like this. I will be reporting them to the police and everywhere else that I can.

I just called these people and asked them why are they calling me and that they are all over the Internet about scaming people. Do you not know this man screamed in the phone then hung up

Just got a phone call to my cell phone also.  It was a man who had a very proficient accent!  He stated that I needed to return the call, or have my retained attorney call him?????  Then stated...if I did not return the call, all he could do was "wish me good luck as the situation unfolds"!  What?  He said his name was Ben Stool?
