I received 4 calls from this number 4 times yesterday. No one is on the line and when I call it back its a disconnected number. I googled it and it previously belonged to a doctors office. I don't know how to stop getting calls from this zombie number. Good luck and please share info that you get.

UPDATE:
I received another call from this number again today and spoke to a heavily accented "Bruce". He asked for me by name (not the name listed above). I interrupted him and asked who he was call for, his response was a finance company that I couldn't understand the name. I asked why he was calling and he said I had applied for grant money for college, which I have, so I asked him how he has my number and he repeated himself. So, I asked him why he was calling from a disconnected zombie number of a doctor in CA. To my surprise he hung up on me. If anyone else calls me from this number again I'll just block it.
530-582-8822 Has called me around 20 times the past month. I always miss the call or ignore it because i do not know the number and when I call it back its disconnected. Today I answered and a man named Fred with a heavy Arab accent picked up. He started asking me if I want to hear about grant money. When I told him no he became very argumentative. Finally when telling him I'm getting off the phone he says he have a nice day and that he loved me. So I stopped him and asked if he just said he "loved me" which he confirmed. Began making the call very inappropriate telling me he loved me. That "yes I love you" that I was hot and didn't I remember him from college in Montana which I never went to. He was harassing me until I threatened him and he hung up. Someone needs to put a stop to this [***].
I was expecting a call so when my phone rang I answered immediatey but was weird cause no one said anything for about 10 sec. and I keep saying hello, so I hanged up and call back and no one answered then I I call again then it says been disconnected.
