So this guy saw my car ad on kijiji. He told me he works out of the country but he'll buy the car anyways because he likes how it looks on the ad. Now he wants to send me the money via paypal plus a fee for his pick up guy which I then have to send via western union. Once I send the "fee" to his "pick up guy" hes gonna open a dispute on paypal and get a full refund saying he never received the car leaving to foot the bill for whatever I sent over. I'm playing dumb for now to buy time but I wanna catch this guy. How can I scam the scammer? Any ideas?
