Who called from 5306543622

Same call as Heather.  A male caller asking us for a donation for a fund to assist fallen officers' spouses and kids.  Told him sorry, couldn't afford it at this time.  He continued on to say there were two kits he could send me.  Seemed high pressure to me.  When I asked him to repeat his name and the name of the organization the call got disconnected.  Think this is a scam.  I've received this type of call before.  Actually it sounded like the same person.  He had a deep voice and spoke authoritatively.  Next time I'm going to ask for his name, the name of the organization and write it down.  I will inform him that I do not make donations over the phone and I will  be contacting the local law enforcement to verify the organization is legit.  Still won't be able to donate but at least I'll know they're legit.

I don't know why they call me as I don't do business with this organization or charity.  I will not donate to any business who calls me over the phone.

Called my house phone, left no message. My phone is on the rather pathetic DoNotCall list, but I am reporting this number anyway.

Got the same pitch. I told the same caller that I will do a Google search on his number before I continue the conversation. He hung up!

Rang my home phone but cut off after two rings.  I guess the illegal robodialer called before a scammer was ready to con us.  Criminals.
