Received call from "Middle-East Speaking Man/Indian Man" saying his name was Danial White and he is with the Federal Investigative firm. THIS IS ANOTHER ONE OF THOSE SCAMS THAT INDIAN PEOPLE ARE DOING WITH THE HELP OF A MAGIC JACK PHONE ----- YOU CAN NOT GET THE CORRECT LOCATION OF THE CALL DUE TO IT IS BEING DONE VIA MAGIC JACK.

some person call me tell, about a have collector for more the 10,000, and tell me i paid 1200,00 dollars he clear my case, i tell him i no have money a he took me give him 600.00 next day or some sheriff police go my work for take me to the jail. now my husband took with him some information why he have all my information, he no like send information, and my husband tell him in where send the money he tell for internet with credit card, and my husband tell him , no send money for credit card, a ronald yiet this is his name tell my husband i lose my work, and today morning my supervisor call me to the office because him call my work for police go my work take me.i no have collector for 10,000 i paid my bills every single month.
i was contacted by a Daniel White or Wright and a David Warner stating that they was from the Federal Financial state investigation department when i answered my phone he said can i speak to Jessica Harrelson i said this is her he did not give me a name just said that he was from the Federal Financial state investigation department an i need to talk to his senior supervisor an asked me to hold another person came on the phone line an did not say who he was either at first he started to tell me that i had a unpaid loan or debt and he needed me to give him my information so that the lead investigator could file paper work with the courts to collect a debt and he would get in touch with the place i work for to let them know about my debt and that i was being taken to court over it i asked you who or what collection department turned my case over to them an what was it for an that i was not aware of any debts to anybody he told me that he would have to open up my case an read it to me and i could not ask him question while he was reading or after he got done i then told him that i have no loans because i don’t have credit to get a loan then he said that it must be a medical bill an i told him that may be true an then i again ask him what collector gave him my information he said i told you that i cannot tell you that i told him that if he was a real debt collector then i have no reason for not paying for my bill but i could not pay until my payday witch i am not employed i just told him that to give me a day to find out if he was real he then told me to write a letter an fax it to a David warner the lead investigator of my case at 260-3376708 to stop investigation on it the letter stated

I Jessica Harrelson was not aware about this illegal case I want to take care of this issue by paying back the total of $495.36 tomorrow Sept. 2 2011 by pre-paid card thank you Jessica Harrelson (copy of my photo I.D) i asked if there was a number where i can get in touch with David warner he then said he was David warner and that i needed to fax the letter that day an call him back at 530-661-8518 Ext 5262 an let him know that i faxed the letter i didn’t fax anything the next day i call the GBI office and told them what was going on and they told me not to send anything an to tell them that i know they are a scam and not to call me back well around 11:30a.m Daniel white called an i told him i was not here then he called back around 4 that’s when i told him not to call back because he was a scam an then David warner call telling me that i was going to pay him the money i owe or i was going to jail he didn’t care and he was going to call my work an make me lose my job i then told him that i knew he was a scam a not to call me back he then started yelling saying he was going to lock my [***] up for fraud & lying to him i then just hung up the phone and filed a report at the federal trade commission office

just got a call from a danial white...said that i was being prosecuted for check fraud? um ok moron i dont own a checkbook and have not in about 10 years...so he i then ask him where he got my number...smartass said the F.B.I. right...the fbi is really gunna give my number out to some random [***] middle-eastern dude...oook right..i know for a fact thats not how it is...more than likely a scam...and sending the cops to take me to jail....not scared dude way not scared.
thanks for listing this info i too have been a victim of these people unlike all of you i paid these people...i have NEVER been in trouble with the law in my life and was scared so i paid.....i started to really think about it once i did and thank god for google!!!! if it wasnt for all of you i would have continued to pay these low life people.....i went thru a really bad divorce in 2008 and have a lot of things that i had to let go of.....and these people made it seem as though thats what it was pertaining to....i feel so violated....i had to call and cancel my card thank GOD my bank refunded the money for me.....once again thank you all
