This call was threatening.
They never identified themselves.
Caller ID number (530-567-2117) does not match the number I told to call back.

Left message saying they're the irs

left message a hotline from IRS.   SAYING  THAT LAWSUIT AGAINST ME.  AND THE POLICE WILL ARRIVE WITHING 40 MIN AT HOME,    VOICE SOUNDED LIKE ( TYPE ACCENT)

When we tried to call, sometimes the call would be cut off. When someone did answer, the accent was foreign, and again the call would be cut off.

Was anyone able to figure out what this actually was. It had a weird voicemail...totally not the kind of thing the IRS would have. And like someone else said super glitchy.
