I have received a few phone calls today from an unknown individual with very poor English, likely east indian. Have told him twice to not call back again. The first time not saying this, assuming he just had the wrong #. Seems like a prank call from a long distance #. I hopefully assume that he understood the last time when I raised my voice. Not sure if he understood English, but must have understood my tone.
