Received a call from this number this morning. My phone app blocked the call and sent to VM but caller didn't leave one. For grins, I attempted to call back this afternoon. No one answered
I have my number on the "Do Not Call list" that seems like it gave my number out to more calls such as this one. No message left but they call everyday!
