I got the same message. And he also wouldn't give me any information either. But he tell me I had court at 11am but the funny thing is tomorrow is saturday lol. He is very persistant to where he will call u back to back until either u cuss him out or turn your phone off. My thing is this if I am being sued why they couldn't serve me with papers I've been at the same address and had the same phone number for over 15 years. Plus you can't understand what he is saying. Then he left a message on my voicemail that sound like he was chantting but when u call back and clear english speaking person answers the phone. I just don't get it

I got a call from this number. The man had a thick accent and advised me that I was being sued for non-payment of an online loan. I never recieved this loan but the man had my information like the last four of my ssn#, my previous address, and knew where I banked. The man said that they had emailed me notices about the loan but when I asked for the email address he at first gave me an incorrect address. When I told him to send the notice to my mailing address he hung up on me.
Lol. Look folks the number is a sham. They call to harrass u about banking info. You want to stop them, its simple; harass them back. I called them asked them what they wanted. When I told them that my attorney needed some information, THEY got nervous. I called them back at least 10 times and had fun with them. No one can sue you over the phone. No bank is going to send a thick accented person to call you with threats of a suit. They are just gonna file the papers in YOUR court. Have fun with it. Call them back and tell them your attorney needs some info and watch the real fun begin.

Same thing here. The thick accented dude chanted and got really freaky and would not shut up long enough to ask questions. They callled over and over and over chanting and making no sense. Then we asked for their supervisor and another man with a Chinese accent started spouting out information. We asked for documentation to be mailed they hung up. I called them back the next day and said "what company is this?" and the person on the other line stated I had not reached a company. Weird.
