Who called from 5307979267

Recorded msg trying to sell me on 20%off my utility bill.  Said it was a PG&E program but she didn't say SHE was PG&E so I doubt it.

888-538-5960 and 530-979-9267 First number was left in my answer machine from some computer voice named Lucy who called from the latter number (seen from CID) and wanted to sound like they represent PG&E.  CID name shown as "Residential Wea". We do not answer calls from anyone we don't recognize. I looked up the 888 number and it belongs to "Residential Weatherization, Inc." in Oroville, CA.  They came up on a Home Advisor website and they list the PG&E Energy Assistance Program as their website.

Caller ID = "RESIDENTIAL WEA." Robocaller for home energy savings contractor.

They are listed on the PG&E website as a sub contractor for the Energy Saving assistance program. Apparently that program is a no cost home improvement program for anyone on a fixed income.  Here is the website: https://www.pge.com/en/myhome/saveenergymoney ... ctor/index.page
