They use various area codes and phone numbers around the country...don't ever give them any information to "improve
your credit or lower your card interest rate."

Received a call from 530-830-1149 when answer machine picks up the, caller hangs up. Very annoying.

The number is invalid and it looks like the 6.9% interest lowering scam on CC rate is NOT over!

They call several times a day from this number: 530-212-8571 & from 530-830-1149. They leave no message for the answering machine and even hang up when I answer. SCAM and SCUM! Report them and do NOT give them any info regarding your credit cards!
