Got a message, which sounds like a recording. He has an Indian accent. Says his name is Ben Grey, told me not to ignore this second attemt to contact me if I don't want to have to appear before the magistrate judge. If I call him he will help me out. Can't the cops trace these calls back to the number and arrest them? Tjis is a bogus call.
I am getting phone calls from this number stating that I owe for a payday loan. I do not have a payday loan. This person is not an American. They speak with a hard accent and unable to understand. He says his name is Officer Kevin Miller, but when I did call back he did not answer with a company name all he said was Hello---that is when I got ugly with him and hung up. He is still trying to get in contact with me stating I will go to jail if I do not pay back this debt. He did not say a company just his name.

I got the same call from the same number. I couldn't understand much of it, but he mentioned something about being from the Department of something and my "Social Number". Idiot.
I get calls like this all the time for my sister. They claim they are with the Department of Finance and they are officers with extremely heavy accents. I get messages from them saying that I must call them back before 2 pm or they will arrest me for withholding information about my sister. So I called back to speak with them and they won't listen at all to anything you say, they will just talk over you. So I started screaming at them asking them all kinds of questions...what they are is a collection agency, the numbers are supposedly from New York, THEY WILL STOP AT NOTHING TO GET MONEY FROM YOU!!! DON'T GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION!
