Who called from 5309684000

This number called my house around 8pm.  I answered it and I could hear what sounded like breathing on the other end of the phone.  When I said hello again I got no answer.  I said hello a third time then after still not getting a response I hung up. I called the company back and it was a collection agency.  They knew who I was.  Started asking all kinds of questions.  I hung up again.

Got a call, and after saying hello twice they disconnected the call.

I didn't answer at first, but when I called back it was a collection agency.

It's Pinnacle Financial - they ain't nobody, trust me.  All talk.
