These people call at least once a day or more,have told them to take me off list but continue to call. they ask what the mileage on my car is. very rude and try to intimidate me.

when i asked what is the name of the oeg, the real person pre promed message kinda skipped and then continued

Repeatedly call after being asked to stop. Something about car warranty contract. Very aggressive and rude. Call daily, Do Not Call registry is a joke.
The National Do Not Call Registry is not a magic switch attached to your phone line, that will block calls. If you believed it was, your belief is sadly mistaken. Perhaps we should consider your education as a joke.
The DNC List is NOT a call blocking service.

Your calls were not from legitimate, registered telemarketers.Therefore, the DNC list cannot stop those calls.
