Who called from 5316002008

They called my work cell and hung up after 2 rings and I answered it.

According to intelius.com, this is an INVALID phone number.  Need I say more???  They cannot possibly have a legitimate reason to call us except an attempt to commit a fraud!

The phone rang twice and I called it back and received no answer.

Ringed once, no message.  I won't call back.

Phone rang twice, answering machine didn't even pick up. Caller ID showed the same as the phone number - clearly a fake! Scammers no doubt.
