left wierd noise message

Likely spoofed.  I answered and heard people in the background.  When I said 'Yes", there was a pause and they hung up. Do yourself the favor and block the number.

When you hear people in the background, chances are it isn't a party but a "boiler room" for telemarketers or scammers. Got the first call from this number today. CID: Virginia  Left no message.

Sounded like breathing and whispered something I couldn't understand.  When I called back the number message said number was out of service.
