who is this??? I answer and they hang up....

Same with me. The guy says my name then he hangs up!

Just had a call from this number.  Mentions name and hangs up....Try to call back and get this number is not in service message.

IT'S A SPOOFED NUMBER. REASON FOR THE CALL IS ONLY KNOWN TO THE [***]-HEAD AT THE OTHER END.

I agree with Karl, I answered on 06/21 and asked a question and no response..This [***]-head has the uncanny ability to continue to deflect every time.  So a shut mouth is all THEY will get!!
