the [***] on the other end called and said "Hi Mr. Doe" I am calling again this year for the Vietnam Veterans>  I told him they never called me last year and he said "we are back to work" and hung up.  He must have recognized the FBI tone in my voice.  the number is an outgoing call only number which will be thoroughly investigated.  Wrong number to call idiots.
