Called my cell left no message.

We received 3 calls from this number. When answering no one is there and phone hangs up.

Also been bothered by this number twice in the last 24 hours

received no one was there

the number: 540-205-1091 keeps calling me. on caller ID it says "cellular call".........I looked up the area code....it's California....................so, the next time the call came in, I answered it.  WELL, THEY HANG UP ON YOU WHEN THEY HEAR YOUR VOICE.                   They called at 8 a.m. and woke us up!!!!!!!!!   Then they called back at 3 pm and hung up on us again.          I called the number back and a recording states:   your $100.00 Walmart or Target gift card"...............WTF??????????       NO ONE ANSWERED TO TALK TO!!!   [***].
