We don't have caller ID to see if an actual name comes up, but use the *69 feature when we get bothersome calls. These are the scammer folks who say they are calling from a Microsoft IT Department, Help Desk, etc. and tell you they notice you have a problem with your computer, then try to get your personal information. They don't speak very good English, are quick to curse you if you call them out on being scammers, and also call repeatedly throughout the day and hang up w/o saying anything.
