I just got a call from it today on my cell

I just got a call from this number. Claimed that I "filled out a survey for a job" and wanted to check ask me a few questions. When I asked what survey, they continued talking like an automaton.

I just got this call, and there was no sound on the other end. And then right before it hung up there was a weird glitch kind of sound.
