Simple solution. First, stop texting them back. obviously they are not going to stop, probably because they know it annoys you. Second forward the text to 7726 and follow the instructions so that your carrier blocks them. Third, download a free call blocking app from Google or Apple. Find one that blocks texts as well as calls.
