These ppl called me to and after going off on there talk i had informed them that my identity got stolen and that if they wanted to pursue this so called debt i had to speak with my local law enforcement and tired to give him the case number but he quickly accused me if not wanting to pay them and didn't want to know the police officers name or the report number it sounds real fishy to me.
Got a call from the same number and he said his name was Michael d something... and that I had charges pressed against me and that u should pay them for a lawyer.... I cuss them out and they hung up I called back and got no answer... it's all fraud
I just got the same call. I knew he was lying and asked for his information and he hung up. I called back and he hung up again. I think he said he was representing cash.net. He also called a friend of mind whom I had mentioned on a loan application, so if you filled out a loan application that is most likely where they got your information from. It's a scam.
I been recieving the same call for days and I finally answered since they called me about 7 times back to back at work stating that are a crime division and someone is coming to lock me up if i don't pay $300.00 dollars for a loan I supposedly took out. They wouldn't give me any info... I was like well whats the account number for the loan that was taken out online and he said Are you refusing to pay us and settle this debt... Thats when I realized something wasn't right.
Also they stated they where a crime and investigation division calling on Money Cash exam or something of the sort. They kept stating they where going to send out an warrant for my arrest and I will be locked up if i dont pay them. In the next 4 to 5 months. Officer Jeff was the name that kept calling....
