I have gotten 4 - 6 calls within 4 hours, with the message looping 3 times. Fairly thick accent. Says he's Alex Ferguson working with US Treasury. Something about enforcement actions, detention, 2nd award, grand jury. I'm going to answer in Chinese and hopefully he will take me off the list. If he calls again, I will blow a VERY LOUD WHISTLE! I am on Do Not Call Registry and just reported the number. I'm trying to recover for an injury and watch some TV, very annoying to have the landline ring off the hook with this crook!
