Who called from 5403391251

Called at 4PM regarding "Tea Party" meeting.  Did not sound automated, just a recording playing from stereo...

Called.  I answered.  No one spoke.  I hung up and called back immediately at received message "RNK" the service for the cell phone is "no longer in service".

My caller ID box listed "U.S. Cellular" as the caller. It left a voicemail that sounded like interrupted music. I returned the call and received the same "RNK" message as above.

Continuously calling and not saying anything when the answering machine comes on. Boarderline harrassment.

This number repeatedly calls with an automated message regarding a political affiliation.
