Who called from 5403733802

The caller calls my private cell phone and hangs up when I answer. If someone knows how to stop this please share with me. I am registered with DNC list.

Called, did not leave message.  We are also members of the DNC and are registered with the national Do Not Call list.

Called and found it on my Caller ID.

Found on my caller ID.  Called back and got a message supposedly reporting that the number has been disconnected.  I stayed on the line after the message completed and then got a different message saying "Your call will now be disconnected".  May mean the first "disconnected" message is bogus.
