Got a text message from this # stating i had won a $1000 gift card from Best Buy. Not responding as I see it's been going around as a scam.

I pay by the text. Did they get this # or do they just text a whole series of #s?

The carrier should be able to stop this. They may not want to if they are using it as a revenue stream to gouge their customers..
