The recorded voice message had the first portion cut off but directed me to immediately call the stated phone number to resolve this case file.

Received a call from this number this morning claiming the IRS is filing a suit against me (sure they are) and to call the number for more info - DUH!  I did not and I'm sure that if I had, they would tell me to send money to resolve the issue.  One would think the FTC, which is useless when it comes to enforcing the do not call statute, would step in when some scumbag is inferring that they represent an agency of the US Government.

Recorded IRS SCAM  Say they are filing a lawsuit. Don't fall for this.

Called twice this afternoon - both times left VM to return call on Case #...  Am on the "Do Not Call" list, but keep getting lots of robo calls!!!  I want it stopped!!!

The DNC list is NOT a call blocker and criminals aren't going to follow the laws anyways
