Similar to a block of numbers recently spamming my phone with calls. All 540-432-19XX (so far it's been 21 23 25 28). Do not leave message on the machine. When this number came through this morning I connected and hung up twice without speaking, only to have the caller call back. Ended up connecting long enough to tell them to go away.
