Very bizaare. Caller ID says name is Gary Bilbro. This phone number is a local exchange. Called my number 1-2 times a day for a week. Called number back and got automated recording that it was "donor services, open from 8-4, if interested in the many charities they represented press 1", which I did, a very long list, including many many reputable charities including Salvation Army several states, National Guard Reserves, Hearing Impaired, and more all in many states. I actually hung up after the recording went on and on. I found a guy on Facebook by same name. They called again today and I answered. It was Special Olympics. They had no idea what I was talking about. Said they were located in Arkansas and knew nothing about how the phones are routed. Suggested I call my phone company?????? Meanwhile, I messaged Mr. Bilbro on Facebook and advised him. He said he lives in Greensboro NC. Wrong guy. I don't know who Gary Bilbro in Boones Mill VA is. That's the address for the phone number I now find on phone reverse lookup. It's all a mystery to me except that it all boiled down to being a charity solicitation.
There is a guy by that name that used to live @ the address that comes up with the number if you google it...Cause I knew him.........Seems they have moved from that house due to foreclosure and moved into Roanoke county, but still have a Boones Mill address.
