this number called me one day and i did my normal 'she's not here can i take a message' and she gave me a name but wouldn't give me the name of the company; only initials which i believe were 'pdc' and as i was about to hang up, she said actually i am looking for mr virginiakitty (my hubby) as she (me) was listed as a relative and further stated that they were law enforcement (should have questioned but did not as my hubby's son is in trouble with the law) and thought it could be important so i gave the phone to him and she explained that they were called 'locator services' and gave him a case number to refer to when calling back. I figured that it was some bottom feeder lawyer collection agency type thing so just further ignored it.
