Called personal cell at 12:00pm.  Caller ID said Roanoke, VA which is a local number for me and I have made a few phone calls to local businesses and was expecting return calls.  However, I was unable to catch this one and there was no message left.  I am getting more and more calls that appear to be from local numbers that are either telemarketers or, more likely, scammers.  Really really REALLY just over it.
