Called personal cell.  Megan (a robo voice) calling from Card Member Services.  As soon as I heard the message, I hung up.  My caller ID showed a local number which was the only reason I answered as I was expecting a call from a doctor.  When I looked up the number, it showed as belonging to a personal cell in my area, so it was likely the telemarketer was and is spoofing numbers.
