I looked on another site and many people on it say this caller is from a woman who once identified herself to me as Kathy Logan and she is a bill collector for the scum hospitals which vastly overcharge for services and also provide very poor services.Just do not answer her calls.

My mother received a harrassing phone from Kathy Logan also regarding my father that passed away almost 2 years ago and his estate was settled over a year ago and keeps harrassing her. I called her just now and she refused for me to talk to her supervisor just regarding her attitude. She would not tell me or my mother who she was representing, how much the bill was for or anything. If she is trying to collect, I want details.
Kathy has been great to work with. We had a couple of bills that slipped by and did not get paid. They were turned over to her agency. She has been very good and helpful about working with us to get this taken care of. She has always, and I stress ALWAYS been professional and courtious.
My advice, if they call it is probably over something you owe anyway, so take the time to clean it up so it doesn't kill your credit down the way.
