Just received a call on my cell and I only picked up as it listed the call from Roanoke VA.  It was to lower my interest rate on credit card, when I pressed to get a person, I asked what card are you calling about and they said all cards, but they needed to ask me a few questions.  I then told them that I do not have a balance on my credit card and to remove me from their call list when they quickly hung up.  I am heading to the FCC website to report this.  I hope they can show up on their door step and put them in jail.  Scammers! I am blocking this number.
