Who called from 5406289585

Called my cellphone but left no message. One would think if it was a legimate call, they would leave a message.

This number called me at 6:54 pm. I did not answer and they did not leave a message. I have the Truecaller app and it says the number belongs to a person named Teresa L. Carroll, who, despite having a VA phone number, lives in UT. I strongly suspect that Ms Carroll recently gave up this number, as I have gotten numerous Spam calls per day, ever since I stupidly looked for health insurance at Healthcare.ORG instead of Healthcare.GOV over a year ago. The call was probably a phishing scheme of some sort.

I made,that mistake also.  Bombarded with calls from all over the usa
