Male voice with Indian accent and very horrible sound quality asked for my name and if I was the homeowner

They named my address  very bad phone quality

Called twice in the same minute.  I never answer these calls that aren't in my contact list, and they never leave a message.  These callers have got to be making money simply off of making our phones ring, otherwise, why are they always calling??

called again just now, apparently some kind of telemarketer
